Barcelona is a great city to visit and you can explore its beauties in many ways. The city comes with many landmarks, museums, parks and dining places, which are covered by two lines of tourist buses and which could also be seen by using the public transport or simply by walking. Even if the population of the Catalunia capital Barcelona is almost three million people, the city is not the typical mega polis and has a pleasant atmosphere. One gets even the feeling that the locals know each other, even that the city is big. Because of that it could be easily experienced by bike as well and actually it is a great city to discover on a bike. It is faster than walking and there are enough bike paths near the Barcelona apartments, so that one should feel safe. The regions of Barcelona that have to be checked while on a bike tour include the wonderful Eixample neighborhood with its modernistic buildings and a relaxed atmosphere, as well as the historic center of the city with its narrow streets with no access for cars. Another good option is to go through the Gothic quarter, the beach promenade and then to all buildings of the great architect Gaudi.

These electronic bikes could also be taken from the center of the city near the metro, every day a week from 10 o’clock until 20 o’clock.
